Defective or Damaged Products

By ordering from us, you agree with our shipping times. Most orders are delivered within the posted time frames; however, external factors such as customs inspections can sometimes cause delays. If your order shipping times exceed our displayed time frame by 10 business days, please contact us, and we will gladly send out a replacement order or issue a full refund.
Returns
We accept returns for refunds. If you are not satisfied with your product, you are eligible to return the product within 14 days after receiving it, as long as the product is unused and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, kindly get in touch with us here. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged.
Lost or Stolen Packages
PureBrushly.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, PureBrushly.com will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
